Description
Good Samaritan Clinic provides free primary medical care to uninsured adults in a welcoming and compassionate setting. In addition to primary care visits, the clinic offers preventative health screenings, referrals to specialty physicians and for specialty procedures, and health education. A volunteer is needed as a medical assistant. The volunteer will initiate the intake process for patients and place follow-up phone calls, utilize the electronic medical record, assist with translation, and organize specialty clinics. Conversational Spanish is required.
