Description
Literacy AmeriCorps will recruit 40 members who will be trained and placed with schools, libraries and nonprofit organizations to tutor and mentor children, youth and adults. The members meet with AmeriCorps program staff regularly throughout the term for ongoing professional development. Additionally, whole team will engage in meaningful community service projects (at least two weekend days per month) together to address various needs in Palm Beach County.
