Fall Forestry (FF) is an intensive, team-based, 10 to 14 week-long program in Denver or Colorado Springs. Corpsmembers serve on conservation and environmental stewardship projects on public lands throughout the Denver metro area or Southern Front Range region. Corpsmembers have the choice to serve on a variety of crews including Sawyer, Hand, and Womxn.

Service Activities

Corpsmembers have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities including trail maintenance and construction, installation of rock and timber trail structures, noxious weed removal, pesticide application, planting and mulching, fence repair and construction and other park development projects, wildland fire mitigation and invasive tree removal projects.

Community Need Addressed

Corpsmembers serve on conservation and environmental stewardship projects on public lands throughout the Denver and Southern Front Range Region.

Position Outcomes

Corpsmembers will take place in trail maintenance and construction, installation of rock and timber trail structures, noxious weed removal, pesticide application, planting and mulching, fence repair and construction and other park development projects.
