The position of Project Lead serves as a vital role in SBP’s Rebuilding Program, as they often times act as the face and voice of SBP within disaster impacted communities. Project Leads actively lead the construction efforts on the rebuild of homes and oversee groups of skilled and unskilled volunteers throughout the process. All Project Leads are provided with a 6 week training in the field of construction, being taught everything from demolition to final paint and prime, so there is absolutely no skill set required!
