Description

The Office of Consumer Protection helps educate and protect Montana consumers and businesses to prevent fraud and offers information and referrals to victims of crime. The AmeriCorps member will provide legal resource information to consumers by telephone, mail, and outreach. Additionally, the member will learn consumer protection investigative techniques, coordinate remedies with staff and attorneys, and help plan and implement statewide trainings covering all OCP programs. This position is located in Helena.
