Description

Located in Millbrook, NY, Grace Year is a spirited, imaginative community of young adults, living simply in intentional community, working for social change, deepening their spiritual lives and developing leadership skills for a transformed future.

The incoming fellow will volunteer with Cardinal Hayes Home for Children, which offers residential care and treatment for developmentally disabled young people. The Grace Year fellow rotates through different departments to learn different aspects of running the organization. The fellow also works directly with the residents, helping them with their goals and activities.

All fellows receive housing/utilities, insurance coverage, personal/food/transport stipend, and spiritual and vocational leadership support.
