Description

The Government Accountability Project is seeking a Development and Operations Associate. This individual will work closely with, and will be supervised by, the Deputy Director of Development and Operations. The Associate will assist the Development and Operations teams by providing support with data entry, database management, donor services, administrative tasks, and other matters as needed. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for public service, who seeks to gain experience in fundraising for mission driven work. This individual will build the fundraising skills that are crucial for the functioning of any nonprofit organization, while making it possible for courageous whistleblowers to make the biggest possible impact with their disclosures..

Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Development, perform data entry and data import into online database
• Monitor database for data integrity and assist with data management
• Support the Development team in assisting with donor queries and requests
• Assist the Deputy Director with creating reports and analyzing the data in them
• Assist the Development team with foundation research and grant writing
• Provide support for operational tasks including office supply management and travel planning

$240 - $240 monthly
